1. Nature of Goods

CGMist deals exclusively in digital goods and services (Cloud Rendering). No physical products are shipped.

2. Delivery Method

Upon the completion of a rendering job, the resulting image/video frames are made available for download directly via the CGMist Dashboard.

3. Delivery Time

• Instant Access: Files are available for download immediately after the render node completes the frame.
• Notification: You will receive an email or dashboard notification upon job completion.

4. Support

If you are unable to download your files due to a technical error, please contact support@cgmist.com immediately.
