Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation
Job Cancellation: Users may cancel a render job at any time while it is running.
Cost Calculation: If a job is cancelled by the user, you will be charged only for the GPU time consumed up to the moment of cancellation. The remaining credits stay in your wallet.
2. Refunds for Technical Failures
We provide full refunds (restoration of wallet credits) in the following cases:
- Server crashes or hardware failure on the Render Node (RunPod).
- System bugs causing the render to hang or fail without producing output.
- Double charges on credit card transactions (refunded to original payment method).
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not provide refunds for user errors, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect camera settings, missing textures, or simulation errors in the uploaded .blend file.
- Dissatisfaction with the artistic result.
- Render taking longer than the estimated time (estimates are approximations).
- Failure to download files before the 7-day deletion window.
4. Processing Timeline
- Wallet Refunds: Processed immediately upon verification of technical failure.
- Bank/Card Refunds: If applicable, refunds to original payment methods are processed within 5-7 business days (standard Razorpay timeline).
